Christian Dior Couture in Vienna is seeking a Retail Support intern for a contract from mid-November 2026 to mid-January 2027. The role is full-time on-site at the Vienna, Tuchlauben boutique, focusing on excellent customer care and luxury service aligned with Dior standards.

You will support the boutique team, embody the Maison as an ambassador, handle operational tasks, and ensure a premium client experience with attention to detail and exclusive service. German and English fluency is required.

Aufgaben

• Support boutique team in all areas of retail of a high-class luxury brand
• Be an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and help the boutique team foster a welcoming client-focused environment
• Assist the boutique team in the operational aspects of the department
• Offer best in class service - like wrapping gifts, packing, and unpacking boxes and organizing the stock
• Ensure an excellent customer experience to our clients during their boutique stay
• Attend to special needs and wishes of our clients

For our boutique in Vienna, Tuchlauben we are looking for a Retail Support (internship contract) from mid-november 2026 to mid-january 2027 with passion and drive. We are looking for a full-time support until mid January. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.
