Zusammenfassung

RIMOWA in Vienna is seeking a part-time team member to ensure stock is tidy and accessible, support the store manager, and coordinate dispatch to customers or head office.

You will handle goods in the warehouse, maintain stock records, resolve discrepancies, and provide sales support while delivering the ultimate luxury experience to clients; fluency in German and English is required.

Aufgaben

• Ensure RIMOWA stock in the store is organized, accessible and up to date.
• Support the store manager and the team in the store's efficient operation.
• If required, organize dispatch of goods to customers and/or head office.
• Receive, check, label and store goods in the warehouse.
• Maintain stock and the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
• Check and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Provide sales support as required.

Part-time 20 hours/week

Your Mission

• You will ensure that the RIMOWA stock in the store is organised, accessible and always up to date.
• You will support the store manager and the team (m/f/d) in the efficient organisation of the store.
• If required, you will organize the dispatch of goods to customers and/or head office.
• You will receive, check, label and store goods in the warehouse.
• You will be responsible for taking stock and maintaining the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
• You will also be responsible for checking and resolving discrepancies.
• You will provide sales support as required.
