Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Vienna’s boutique on Vienna, Tuchlauben seeks a Retail Support intern from mid-November 2026 to mid-January 2027, with passion and drive. You will deliver excellent customer care and act as ambassador of the Maison, ensuring a welcoming, exclusive experience for clients.

Responsibilities include supporting the boutique team in all aspects of luxury retail, assisting with wrapping gifts, stock organization, and providing best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Seeking a career in luxury retail with passion for fashion and the Maison.
• Excellent client-focused attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Support boutique team in all aspects of luxury retail.
• Be an ambassador of the Maison and help maintain a welcoming, client-focused atmosphere.
• Assist with operational tasks including wrapping gifts, packing, unpacking boxes, and stock organization.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience during boutique visits.

For our boutique in Vienna, Tuchlauben we are looking for a Retail Support (internship contract) from mid-november 2026 to mid-january 2027 with passion and drive. We are looking for a full-time support until mid January. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

Job responsibilities

• Supporting our boutique team in all areas of retail of a high-class luxury brand
• Being an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and helping the boutique team with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment
• Assisting the boutique team in the operational aspects of the department
• Offering best in class service - like wrapping gifts, packing, and unpacking boxes and organizing the stock
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience to our clients during their boutique stay
• Tending to special needs and wishes of our clients

Profile

• Desiring to develop a career in luxury retail and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison Christian Dior
• Client-oriented approach and solutions-oriented attitude as well as a positive mindset
• High level of communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and luxury environment
• Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
