Your new challenge

• You will act as the central point of contact for our customers and partners, advising them on suitable solutions and providing technical support where necessary.
• You translate customer requirements into implementable solutions based on our standard products—in close coordination with engineering and project management.
• You provide comprehensive customer support, including tracking offers, pricing, and assisting with order and contract negotiations.
• You maintain long‑term customer relationships through regular communication and business reviews.
• By coordinating internal resources, you ensure smooth cooperation between all relevant departments for comprehensive customer service.
• You contribute customer feedback to the further development of products, services, and sales activities, and participate in the sales strategy.
• You have completed technical and/or commercial training.
• Technical understanding and consulting skills are among your strengths.
• You have analytical and organizational skills.
• You work independently and are results‑oriented, have strong communication skills, and a confident manner.
• Regular customer and trade fair visits are a matter of course for you.
• Excellent German and solid English skills round off your profile.
