In this diverse role, you will be part of the dynamic world of global customer service. You will be responsible for the technical evaluation of customer inquiries (from new and existing customers) and will independently negotiate quotes with customers.

TASKS

• Strategic Existing Customer Management: You are responsible for the sustainable development and management of existing customers and increase market share through targeted sales strategies
• New Customer Acquisition and Network Building: Based on market analyses and by developing your own initiatives, you acquire new customers
• Developing Customized Customer Solutions: Together with teams of technical experts, you will develop application-specific solutions and set new standards in customer consulting
• Account Management: You will systematically maintain customer relationships, document sales activities in the CRM system, and continuously analyze market changes
• Prioritizing, tracking, and negotiating quotes

PROFILE

• Technical Education: Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, FH, etc., in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation technology)
• You have 4–5 years of professional experience and/or technical expertise in the mechanical or electrical industrial sector
• Communication and Negotiation Skills: You make a strong impression with your confident demeanor; you are creative, solution-oriented, and highly customer-focused
• IT Skills: Proficiency in common IT tools (ERP, Office, etc.)
• Good command of German and English (business fluent)
• Willingness to travel ~35%
