International Atomic Energy Agency seeks a Safeguards Coordination Associate (Operations and Quality) to ensure quality control of inspection packages, maintain documentation accuracy and support reporting processes. The role requires six years in safeguards contexts and strong English proficiency.

The position is fixed-term, Vienna-based, with a 36-month contract and a comprehensive remuneration package starting around EUR 68,788 gross per year.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education.
• Minimum of six years of relevant working experience, preferably in safeguards inspections concepts/practices.
• Excellent oral and written command of English; knowledge of other official IAEA languages is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Review and improve completeness/accuracy of non-technical information in documentation.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance reports on inspection reporting.
• Maintain and track divisional reports and support the production process of Safeguards reporting.
