Job summary

International Atomic Energy Agency is seeking a Safeguards Coordination Associate (Operations and Quality). The role focuses on quality control of inspection packages, data accuracy, and enhancing safeguards reporting processes.

You will work with the Division to ensure timely, accurate information and liaise with stakeholders on data quality improvements. The position requires six years of relevant experience, excellent English, and familiarity with safeguards concepts.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education.
• Minimum of six years of relevant working experience, preferably in safeguards inspections concepts and practices.
• Excellent oral and written command of English. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages is an asset.
• Administrative skills test to IAEA standard may be part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality control on the contents of inspection packages and ensure reporting procedures are followed.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance reports on corrective actions and quality performance.
• Maintain and track divisional reports and facilitate the production of Safeguards reporting and information products.
• Draft correspondence related to nuclear material accounting and maintain related records.
