The International Atomic Energy Agency is seeking a Safeguards Coordination Associate (Operations and Quality) (G6) to ensure high-quality inspection packages and reporting. You will coordinate data, manage records, and support negotiations for safeguards agreements in a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, a solid background in safeguards concepts, and a proactive approach to quality management and process improvement within the division.

Qualifikationen

• Completed secondary education.
• Minimum of six years of relevant working experience in safeguards or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of other IAEA languages is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Quality control of inspection packages and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain divisional records, files, and electronic information systems.
• Provide administrative support for negotiations and updating of SG Agreements.
• Prepare and update training schedules and coordinate with the training officer.
• Draft correspondence on nuclear material accounting and related updates.
