International Atomic Energy Agency is seeking a Safeguards Analyst (Quality Management) (P4) in Vienna. The role coordinates core processes of the department's quality management system and advances knowledge management practices across teams.

The incumbent will lead process improvement initiatives, conduct internal audits, and design improvements to safeguards concepts. A Master’s degree and seven years of related experience are expected with strong English proficiency.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree or higher in a relevant field; seven years of relevant work experience as described below.
• Experience in business process management, operations management or quality management.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional IAEA languages is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate processes in the quality management system and monitor effectiveness.
• Lead and facilitate process improvement teams.
• Evaluate and propose improvements to the quality management system.
• Design or update processes to implement new safeguards concepts or approaches.
• Carry out internal quality audits as assigned.
• Develop and raise the effectiveness of knowledge management practices.
