Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable resource to coordinate IT rollout activities across Austria, from simple to complex plans. The role provides on-site/on-call support to end-users to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

You will define and manage rollout schedules for headquarters and branches, coordinate onsite engineers, monitor progress, manage queries, and report to stakeholders, requiring fluency in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant IT rollout or deployment project experience.
• Experience coordinating field engineers or onsite support teams.
• Strong scheduling, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Define and manage the device rollout schedule for headquarters and branch users across Austria.
• Schedule, reschedule, and monitor attendance for classroom sessions related to the device rollout.
• Manage the rollout project’s shared mailbox and respond to user queries in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update the rollout tracker, ensuring accurate project progress and reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage onsite support (OSS) engineers throughout the rollout lifecycle.
• Monitor rollout progress, identify risks, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the project team, customer, and stakeholders.
• Ensure rollout activities are completed in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.
• Support issue resolution and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize project delays.

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the device rollout schedule for headquarters and branch users across Austria.


• Schedule, reschedule, and monitor attendance for classroom sessions related to the device rollout.


• Manage the rollout project’s shared mailbox and respond to user queries in a timely manner.


• Maintain and update the rollout tracker, ensuring accurate project progress and reporting to stakeholders.


• Coordinate and manage onsite support (OSS) engineers throughout the rollout lifecycle.


• Monitor rollout progress, identify risks, and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience managing IT rollout, migration, or deployment projects.


• Experience coordinating field engineers or onsite support teams.

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.


• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and project tracking tools.


• Fluent English and German language skills are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale Windows device deployment or hardware refresh projects.ITIL knowledge or project coordination experience is an advantage.


• Experience working in enterprise IT support or End User Computing (EUC) environments is preferred.
