We’re looking for warm, sunny, patient, and communicative hosts

Your responsibilities at the Jagdhof:

• Acceptance and processing of incoming bookings
• Creating offers
• Active sales efforts to attract new guests, including all correspondence, telephone sales and personal advice to guests
• Processing individual, group and seminar enquiries, from the preparation of quotations to reservations and stays at our hotel
• Assistance and support in the organisation and implementation of events
• Creating programmes for events
• Cooperation with travel agencies and tour operators
• Checking the usual online portals
• Guest service - processing enquiries, fulfilling requests
• Operating the telephone system
• Supporting the front office team at peak times
• Correspondence control
• Various office services
• Co‑operation with our marketing department
• Maintenance and updating of offers on the hotel's own website
• Writing and checking pro forma invoices, cost transfers and commissions
• Close co‑operation with all departments
