Job summary

Kontron Transportation GmbH in Vienna seeks experienced professionals to strengthen our Repair & Return Services team. You will interface with customers and suppliers to manage repairs and returns, negotiate with key suppliers, and shape the processes that govern repair services.

The role also covers reporting on performance, costs, and inventory management. We value flexibility with working hours and home-office options, alongside a collaborative, international team at the Vienna Technology

Qualifications

Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
Degree level education required.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in electronics manufacturing or telecommunications, with supplier management.

Responsibilities

Management of Repair & Return Services as customer and supplier interface.
Relationship management with R&R main suppliers including negotiations.
Development and governance of Repair Services processes and requirements.
Management of Repair Services activities and reporting (scope, performance, costs).
Management of R&R inventory, Rip & Test process with primary Repair Vendor, sourcing of B Class FRUs and consumption reporting.
