Job summary

Kontron Transportation is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Repair & Return Services as the primary interface between customers and suppliers, and to govern repair service processes with a focus on performance and cost control.

The role requires 3–5 years in electronics manufacturing or telecom, fluency in German and English, and ERP/Navision experience. A degree is required, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills and willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

Degree level education is required.
3–5 years experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing or telecom with supplier management.
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
MS-Office knowledge; MS Access beneficial; ERP experience (Navision) preferred.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills; team player.
Willingness to travel occasionally (travel infrequent).

Responsibilities

Management of Repair & Return Services as customer & supplier interface.
Relationship management with R&R main suppliers including negotiations.
Development and governance of Repair Services processes and requirements.
Management of Repair Services activities & reporting (scope, performance, costs).
Management of R&R inventory, rip & test process with primary Repair Vendor, sourcing of B Class FRUs, consumption reporting.
