Kontron Transportation is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Repair & Return Services as the primary interface between customers and suppliers, and to govern repair service processes with a focus on performance and cost control.

The role requires 3–5 years in electronics manufacturing or telecom, fluency in German and English, and ERP/Navision experience. A degree is required, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills and willingness to travel occasionally.

• MS-Office knowledge; MS Access beneficial; ERP experience (Navision) preferred.

• Willingness to travel occasionally (travel infrequent).

Responsabilidades

• Management of Repair & Return Services as customer & supplier interface.
• Relationship management with R&R main suppliers including negotiations.
• Development and governance of Repair Services processes and requirements.
• Management of Repair Services activities & reporting (scope, performance, costs).
• Management of R&R inventory, rip & test process with primary Repair Vendor, sourcing of B Class FRUs, consumption reporting.

We offer a market-competitive gross annual salary starting from EUR 60,000 per year. An overpayment depending on the candidate's actual qualifications and professional experience is intended.
