Kontron Transportation GmbH in Vienna seeks experienced professionals to strengthen our Repair & Return Services team. You will interface with customers and suppliers to manage repairs and returns, negotiate with key suppliers, and shape the processes that govern repair services.

The role also covers reporting on performance, costs, and inventory management. We value flexibility with working hours and home-office options, alongside a collaborative, international team at the Vienna Technology

Formación

• Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
• Degree level education required.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in electronics manufacturing or telecommunications, with supplier management.

Responsabilidades

• Management of Repair & Return Services as customer and supplier interface.
• Relationship management with R&R main suppliers including negotiations.
• Development and governance of Repair Services processes and requirements.
• Management of Repair Services activities and reporting (scope, performance, costs).
• Management of R&R inventory, Rip & Test process with primary Repair Vendor, sourcing of B Class FRUs and consumption reporting.

Your tasks

• Management of Repair & Return Services as customer & supplier interface
• Relationship Management with R&R main suppliers including negotiations
• Development and Governance of Repair Services processes and requirements
• Management of Repair Services activities & Reporting (scope, performance, costs etc.)
• Management of R&R inventory, Rip & Test process with primary Repair Vendor, sourcing of B Class Field Replaceable Units (FRU) on Grey Market, consumption reporting of material

Your qualifications:

• Degree level education
• At least 3 to 5 years' experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing or Telecommunication industry and within supplier management
• Fluent in spoken and written German & English
• MS-Office Know How, beneficial to also have Database (MS Access) knowledge and also experience with ERP-systems (eg Navision)
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, team player
• Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress ability to adapt to new processes quickly
• Must be willing to undertake occasional travel when required, though travel is expected to be infrequent

We offer a market-competitive gross annual salary starting from EUR 60,000 per year. An overpayment depending on the candidate's actual qualifications and professional experience is intended.
