Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH in Austria seeks a Coordinator for International Repairs & Services to manage calibration and repair orders with global centers. You will monitor turnaround times, serve as the main contact for service processes, and ensure cross‑functional collaboration between sales, technical support and testing.

Excellent communication and a customer‑orientated mindset.
Fluent in English and German, written and spoken.
ERP experience and basic technical understanding are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate calibration and repair orders with sales and international centers.
Monitor turnaround times and KPIs for efficient service processes.
Act as central contact for questions about international service processes.
Link sales, technical support and testing to ensure smooth collaboration.
Organise and coordinate shipments.
