Qualifications

Completed commercial or technical education.
Several years of relevant experience in service coordination or related operations.
Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
Experience with SAP and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Planning national and international service assignments.
Coordination of national/international service assignments.
Dispatching service technicians considering availability and qualifications.
Coordination of appointments with customers, technicians and external providers.
Material management including spare parts availability and tracking in SAP.
Coordination of material deliveries, transports and returns.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints and urgent service requirements.
Documentation of completed service activities in SAP.
Follow-up on open orders and missing information.
Collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and Quality Management.
Optimization of service processes and cross-functional workflows.
