Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, CS, Business Administration or related field.
3+ years in demand generation, lead management, telequalification, or sales operations.
Hands-on experience with CRM and engagement tools and knowledge of qualification workflows.
Global, cross-functional experience with multiple stakeholders and service providers.
Strong communication skills in English; solution-oriented and fast learner.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Demand Orchestration across CRM, Sales Engagement, and Contact Intelligence platforms.
Coordinate demand development and telequalification operations with SLA adherence.
Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements for outcomes.
Manage and optimize CRM, engagement tools, and data quality for prospecting.
Collaborate with Demand Acceleration, Marketing, Sales and external providers.
