• Experience leading and developing a small team (3 direct reports).
• Strong budget ownership across activation and acquisition levers.
• Ability to distill complex operational trade-offs into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Comfortable working under time pressure during weather events, special events and demand spikes.
• Fluent English skills in both spoken and writing.

Aufgaben

• Own Central's intraday activation strategy - activation surges, special events management and day-to-day operations (radius / busyness adjustments, communication flows, etc.) - to keep courier supply matched to demand hour by hour.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 and own a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget across Central markets.
• Own Central's courier acquisition function: job boards, application attainment, reactivation campaigns and sign-ups.
• Own and report on Central's UH% and GOV loss KPIs weekly, surfacing risks and driving corrective action with senior leadership.
• Plan and execute mobilizer strategies and special events coverage (holidays, weather events, local events) ahead of demand spikes.
• Partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to build tools and processes that scale activation and acquisition across markets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for top management on Central's supply health.
