Job summary

Interpath in Vienna is seeking a versatile professional to manage CRM, pipeline ownership, and reporting for the DACH region, collaborating closely with managing directors on sales initiatives.

You will drive market research, client outreach, and meetings; plan client events across Germany, Austria and Switzerland; provide executive assistance, onboarding support, and smooth office operations, while maintaining a strong team mindset and fluent German and English.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM data management and reporting.
• Ability to conduct market research and outreach to clients.
• Event planning and coordination across the DACH region.
• Support executive management with presentations and analyses.
• Onboarding coordination for new hires and ramp-up.

Responsibilities

• CRM, Sales & Pipeline Ownership: manage leads, opportunities and data in Salesforce, monitor pipeline, and prepare reports for management.
• Business Development & Client Acquisition: conduct market research, identify potential clients, and coordinate meetings for senior management.
• Event & Marketing Management (DACH): plan and execute client/C-level events across DE, AT, CH and support marketing assets.
• Executive Assistance & Office Management: support management with analyses, prepare materials, ensure office operations, and liaise with IT/procurement.
• Onboarding & Employee Support: coordinate onboarding and guide new hires through processes.
