Zusammenfassung

Appsierra Group in Austria seeks an experienced CRM administrator or implementation specialist with hands-on Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365 expertise to optimize revenue systems in a SaaS environment.

This fully remote contract role audits CRM and connected systems, resolves policy conflicts, documents changes, and assesses impact on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integration workflows.

4–6 years of CRM experience and proven leadership of CRM implementations are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of hands-on CRM administration or implementation experience.
• Led CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or large build-outs.
• Strong configuration experience with fields, flows, validation rules, objects, and permissions.
• Experience with two or more connected revenue or operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, etc.).
• Familiarity with data-layer concepts and data reconciliation across systems.
• Experience in SaaS environments with regulated industries or complex revenue processes.
• Excellent English communication, documenting reasoning and policy decisions.

Aufgaben

• Audit CRM and connected revenue systems for conflicting rules and outdated policies.
• Analyze business rules and document which policies take precedence.
• Develop operational guidance for complex SaaS data and CRM scenarios.
• Review and reconcile data to establish the intended state across platforms.
• Document recommended system and process changes with rationale.
• Assess CRM changes' effects on billing, CPQ, ticketing, project management, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM architecture, governance, and sustainability.
• Apply judgment when documentation is incomplete or conflicting requirements arise.
