Job summary

Grafana Labs seeks a Commercial Account Executive, Acquisition to drive new business across Switzerland and Austria. This remote role targets prospecting, closing, and managing the sales lifecycle end-to-end with a consultative approach.

Engage technically with buyers, articulate Grafana Cloud/Enterprise value, and partner with Growth for a strong handoff. Fluent English and German required; remote-friendly, global team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Experience selling to Switzerland and/or Austria.
• Demonstrated history of top performance in a competitive environment.
• Energetic, entrepreneurial, and a strong team player.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple channels.
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Outbound prospecting into net-new customers in Switzerland and Austria.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from meetings to negotiations.
• Articulate value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecast opportunities.
