Job summary

Matrix42 is looking for an SDR to build new business across Switzerland and Austria, with remote work in Europe and periodic travel to the region. You will lead outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities for the sales team, and collaborate with Marketing to capture market feedback.

You will work with Account Executives to develop conversations, research target accounts, and refine outreach strategies using CRM tools and AI-enabled prospecting.

Qualifications

• You speak Swiss German at native level, have strong standard German and are fluent in English.
• You can work remotely from a European country Matrix42 can employ you and travel to the region when needed.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development or another customer-facing role; internships count.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers through calls, email and LinkedIn.
• Research target accounts in Switzerland and Austria and identify the right people to contact.
• Qualify inbound leads and hand over strong opportunities to Account Executives.
• Ask good questions and understand what prospects are trying to solve.
• Use HubSpot, AI and prospecting tools to stay organized and improve your approach.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing and share what you are hearing from the market.
