Zusammenfassung

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Business/Process Analyst to shape operational workflows across Europe with AI-enabled tooling. You will map end-to-end processes, clarify rules, and translate business knowledge into scalable documentation.

You will work with process owners and technical teams to redesign workflows, validate requirements, and continuously refine process logic, with strong ownership of outcomes. Fully remote within Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business or process analysis.
• Ability to break down complex processes into clear workflows.
• Strong analytical and questioning skills to uncover requirements and exceptions.
• Familiarity with AI tools for analysis and documentation.
• Ability to translate requirements for technical teams.

Aufgaben

• Map end-to-end business processes, including triggers, inputs, outcomes, ownership.
• Break processes into steps, decision points, rules, data needs, systems, dependencies.
• Identify relationships between processes and supporting systems.
• Create clear, reusable process documentation and maintain a knowledge base.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, redesign, optimise, or automate processes.
• Analyze impact of improvements: time savings, fewer errors, lower costs.
• Design TO-BE processes with owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
• Validate solutions and resolve edge cases and gaps.
• Update requirements and documentation as systems evolve.
• Use AI to structure interviews, map processes, and identify gaps.
