Jobgether is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a partner company, offering a remote contract opportunity. The role focuses on discovery, requirements, scope management, and technical documentation rather than production work.

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams across multiple workstreams, ensuring data contracts and architectural decisions stay aligned while maintaining governance artifacts and clear documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Requirements Analyst in data/analytics/technology projects.
• Experience facilitating structured discovery workshops with technical & non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data platform and cloud architecture concepts including governance, metadata & data quality.
• Experience with AWS data environments (S3, Glue, Redshift, DataZone, Lake Formation); hands-on not required.
• Ability to document requirements, scope, risks, and dependencies in client-ready artifacts.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture and validate requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed requirements matrices for data types, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Manage MVP scope and change control processes.
• Maintain data governance artifacts and metadata standards with data leads.
• Coordinate across workstreams to keep data contracts and architecture aligned.
• Facilitate feasibility discussions and log risks and issues.
• Translate architecture concepts into clear, actionable requirements and specs.
• Support leadership with logs, dashboards, and status updates.
• Produce client-facing deliverables: requirements docs, summaries, logs, scope records.
• Assist with milestone tracking, action-item management, and cross-team coordination.
