Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Business Analyst on behalf of a partner company based in Austria. This is a fully remote contract focusing on discovery, requirements, and architecture alignment rather than development.

You will bridge business, data, and engineering across multiple workstreams, documenting data contracts, governance artifacts, and MVP scopes while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years as a BA/Technical BA/Requirements Analyst in data/analytics/tech projects.
• Experience facilitating structured discovery workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data platform, governance, metadata, quality and lakehouse concepts.
• Familiarity with AWS data environments (S3, Glue, Redshift, DataZone, Lake Formation).

Aufgaben

• Lead structured discovery workshops with engineering, product, business and technical stakeholders to identify and validate requirements.
• Build and maintain requirements matrices covering data types, interfaces, processing frequencies and dependencies.
• Own scope tracking and MVP boundary management with change-control processes.
• Maintain business glossaries, metadata standards and data governance documentation with architects and data leads.
• Coordinate across concurrent workstreams to ensure data contracts and architectural decisions stay aligned.
• Facilitate technical feasibility discussions and elevate risks and unresolved issues.
• Translate complex architecture concepts into clear requirements and specifications.
• Support program leadership with logs, trackers, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
• Produce high-quality client-facing deliverables including requirements documents and workshop summaries.
• Assist with light project management such as milestone tracking and cross-team dependency coordination.
