Zusammenfassung

Jobgether partners to hire an IT Operations Engineer based in Europe for a fully remote role. You will provide hands-on IT support, manage endpoint administration, device operations, and identity access management across a distributed workforce.

You will work with IT, People, Security, and operations to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and security practices while improving hardware asset management and self-service troubleshooting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT operations, IT support, service desk, or similar technical role.
• Strong first-tier IT support capabilities and SLA awareness.
• Hands-on experience with macOS and iOS devices in a professional setting.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Google Meet, Microsoft 365, Zendesk, Jira Service Management, Notion forms, or similar systems.
• Experience working with MDM platforms such as Jamf or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of identity and access management platforms like Okta; familiarity with SSO, SAML, SCIM, provisioning and deprovisioning.

Aufgaben

• Own first-tier IT support through Slack, Notion, Jira tickets, calls, and other channels.
• Triage and resolve employee IT requests, maintaining service levels.
• Support macOS and iOS devices including setup, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Administer and improve MDM workflows, device compliance and security practices.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees and departures.
• Maintain hardware asset tracking across devices and accessories.
• Create and maintain self-service guides and internal IT docs.
• Collaborate with IT, People, Security and operations teams to reduce recurring issues.
• Evaluate IT operations tools and vendor workflows for EU/UK hardware operations.
