Qualifikationen

• Progressive experience in automation or operations technology.
• Experience translating operational challenges into automated or intelligent solutions.
• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services preferred.
• Understanding of user experience, process design, and scalable service delivery.
• Experience building automation in regulated or compliance-sensitive HR environments.
• Strong data privacy, governance, and auditability mindset.
• Hands-on with low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n).
• Proficiency with APIs and cross-system integrations.
• Familiarity with data analytics and BI tools like Tableau or Sigma.

• Own the strategy and delivery of AI and automation initiatives across HR Operations.
• Lead multi-phase initiatives from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Translate pain points into scalable automation solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Map end-to-end processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Develop integrations across HRIS, payroll, and case management platforms.
• Design multi-agent workflows with guardrails and human oversight.
• Establish governance, logging, and access controls for HR data.
