Jobgether is seeking a mid-level GTM Engineer who thrives at the intersection of Marketing, Growth, Sales, Operations, Data, and AI. You will design and own automations, AI workflows, and data flows that support go-to-market activities across European markets.

Your work will contribute to qualified pipeline generation, self-service signups, and reducing repetitive manual tasks. You will test ideas, build solutions from scratch, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Revenue

Qualifikationen

• Experience in GTM engineering, growth operations, marketing ops or sales automation.
• Hands-on with n8n or comparable automation platforms.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and custom integrations.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and AI-powered workflows.
• Familiarity with RAG and MCP concepts.
• Strong understanding of marketing, sales, growth and operations workflows.
• Business-oriented with focus on growth, speed, reliability and measurable impact.
• Experience building automations or internal GTM tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end GTM systems and experiments to drive growth and operational leverage.
• Build automations and workflows that generate or influence qualified sales opportunities across Europe.
• Design and launch growth experiments and automated flows for self-service signups.
• Develop reliable workflows using n8n and similar platforms.
• Connect systems via APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and custom integrations.
• Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and LLM-based solutions for GTM use cases.
• Eliminate manual GTM work by replacing it with scalable systems.
• Evaluate tools pragmatically to buy, build, or discontinue based on value.
• Monitor reliability, data quality and performance to prevent revenue-impacting failures.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Growth, Product, Data & Analytics, and Revenue Ops.
• Document workflows and logic for non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects with clear priorities and strong communication.
• Track KPIs, especially SQLs and signups driven by growth initiatives.
