Zusammenfassung

Jobgether, listed on behalf of our partner, seeks an experienced Technical Delivery Manager based in Austria for a fully remote, full-time leadership role. You will own delivery across client engagements, align technical direction with business value, and coach delivery teams to achieve predictable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders, manage scope, risks, and budgets, and identify opportunities

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in software delivery with leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and architecture.
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and DevOps/CI‑CD concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements across priorities.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.
• Experience with data analytics, consulting, or SaaS is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end delivery across client engagements including scope, cadence, and outcomes.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog management, releases, and risk management.
• Ensure engineering standards and technical direction are followed.
• Translate business needs into clear technical direction for teams.
• Coach and develop delivery teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify AI use cases and opportunities aligned with client value.
• Communicate progress in terms of business value, not just tasks.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Architects, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and remove impediments to delivery.
• Support account strategy and performance decisions with leadership.
