Job summary

BYD Europe seeks an experienced mobile service technician to deliver expert on-site and remote technical service for premium electric and hybrid vehicles. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and high-voltage systems, using advanced diagnostics and data insights to anticipate issues and support quality improvements.

Role includes collaboration with internal teams, dealer networks, and headquarters to ensure premium customer experience and timely resolutions across the region.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical automotive service experience
Strong hands-on with mechanical, electrical and high-voltage EV systems
Experience as Mobile/Workshop/Diagnostic Technician is a strong plus

Responsibilities

On-site professional vehicle repair and technical interventions for customers
Remote troubleshooting and technical guidance to solve vehicle issues
Coordinate with Quality, R&D and HQ to resolve issues and improve service
Use diagnostic tools and data platforms to predict issues and track cases
Collect quality issues and drive corrective actions at the source
