Zusammenfassung

Hapimag AG is seeking an organised and guest-focused front desk professional for our Hapimag Resort Flims. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and support reservations and data handling on-site.

Flair for customer service in German and English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is expected, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or equivalent.
• Front desk/reception experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and data handling are essential.

Aufgaben

• Warm welcome, professional check-in/check-out and on-site guest support.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the resort and area.
• End-to-end processing of reservations and guest data management.
• Coordinate with other departments and act as an interface.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email and in person; assist with guest information materials.
• Invoicing, payment processing and cash management; reconcile reservation accounts.

The Hapimag Resort Flims has 120 apartments with 550 beds, distributed across 12 chalet-style buildings. It also features an indoor swimming pool, a wellness area with saunas and a steam bath, a bar, an à la carte restaurant, and an honesty shop. The over 20,000 m2 site is rounded off with various recreational facilities, a youth room, a kids' club, and a bocce and volleyball court.

Your smile is our visit card! For this role, we are looking for an organised, friendly and experienced person with a warm heart who can delight our guests and ensure they have an unforgettable stay.

What you can expect

• Warm welcome, professional check-in/check-out, and on-site guest support
• Handling guest inquiries and providing information about the resort and surrounding area
• End-to-end processing of reservations, bookings, and guest data management
• Serving as an interface and coordinating with other departments
• Professional, precise communication via phone, email, and in person, including message and call forwarding, as well as supporting the creation and distribution of guest information materials
• Invoicing, payment processing, and proper cash management
• Management and reconciliation of reservation accounts

What you bring along

• Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a front desk / reception role
• Excellent communication skills in German and English are essential; additional languages are an advantage
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Strong service orientation and a passion for interacting with people
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency with MS Office and common hotel management software
• Responsible handling of sensitive data and confidential information
