Zusammenfassung

Hapimag AG is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team at the Steinhausen HQ. You will manage infrastructure, servers, and security across On-Prem and cloud environments, while driving standards and documentation.

Expect 24/7 on-call rotations and occasional travel to resorts. The role requires strong German and English communication, a university degree in a relevant field, and at least five years in cloud/infrastructure/security.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (EFZ/HF/FH accepted)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud, Infrastructure and/or Security
• Strong communication in German and English
• Hands-on mindset and security as a service mindset

• Act as 3rd level escalation for infrastructure issues in On-Prem and GCP
• Design secure network topologies, manage SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle
• Define technical guidelines and maintain operational manuals
• Participate in 24/7 on-call IT support and occasional on-site travel

What you can expect

• Infrastructure & Server Management: Administer and optimize physical and virtual servers, such as Proxmox, across all environments. Manage Microsoft Core Services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. Handle daily operations, performance tuning, and maintenance for Microsoft SQL database clusters.
• 3rd Level Support & System Health: Act as the highest escalation point for complex infrastructure issues across On-Premises and GCP environments. Drive proactive monitoring and alerting concepts. Execute regular patch management and apply critical security updates to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Network & Security Architecture: Design secure network topologies involving firewalls, load balancers, VPCs, and routing protocols. Manage the internal Microsoft Certificate Authority (CA) and the full lifecycle of SSL/TLS certificates across diverse systems.
• Standards & Documentation: Define technical guidelines, including naming conventions, IPAM, and system hardening measures. Create and update operational manuals and technical concepts for all services.
• Operational Flexibility: Actively participate in the 24/7 IT on-call service (Pikett). Be prepared to perform maintenance outside regular business hours and occasionally travel to resorts for on-site assignments.

What you bring along

• Solid education with a University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or a vocational qualification in computer science (EFZ/HF/FH)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Cloud, Infrastructure and/or Security
• Proven technical knowledge in the fields mentioned above
• Mindset: You are a solution-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality who understands security as a service for the company.
• You communicate confidently in German and are fluent in English.
• Any additional experience in software development and/or additional certifications (in the related fields) constitute an advantage.
