Zusammenfassung

Hapimag AG is seeking a friendly host/hostess to join our resort team in Austria, delivering warm, attentive service to guests and ensuring smooth dining experiences. You will coordinate seating, support shift operations, and collaborate with kitchen and other departments to maintain high standards.

The role requires completed restaurant trade training, strong guest orientation, and good German and English communication. Hands-on, flexible team players are encouraged to apply.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in the restaurant trade.
• Professional experience in a comparable position in the service area.
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage knowledge and service standards.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Strong guest and service orientation, ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and flexibility.
• Well-groomed appearance, confident demeanor and excellent manners.

Aufgaben

• Guest service: Welcoming and seating guests, ensuring first-class service and a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring smooth, professional daily service operations as well as managing shift schedules and reservations.
• Quality control: Monitoring compliance with service standards and hygiene regulations.
• Complaints management: Professional and friendly handling of guest complaints and enquiries.
• Preparation and follow-up: Ensuring that the service station is properly prepared before and after service hours, including mise en place.
• Communication: Working closely with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The Hapimag Resort Flims has 120 apartments with 550 beds, distributed across 12 chalet-style buildings. It also features an indoor swimming pool, a wellness area with saunas and a steam bath, a bar, an à la carte restaurant, and an honesty shop. The over 20,000 m² site is rounded off with various recreational facilities, a youth room, a kids’ club, and a bocce and volleyball court.

To strengthen our restaurant team, we are looking for a passionate host or hostess to join us, someone who will pamper our guests with attentive service and impress them with warmth and professionalism.
