Hapimag AG is seeking a friendly host/hostess to join the restaurant team at Hapimag Resort Flims. You will warmly greet guests, seat them, take orders, and provide guidance on food and drinks, while maintaining Hapimag's service standards.

Role emphasizes attentive service, upselling opportunities, and cash handling, with flexible hours including evenings and holidays. Training in catering or hospitality is required, and multilingual abilities are a plus.

• Well-groomed appearance and good manners.
• Knowledge of German; additional languages are a plus.

The Hapimag Resort Flims has 120 apartments with 550 beds, distributed across 12 chalet-style buildings. It also features an indoor swimming pool, a wellness area with saunas and a steam bath, a bar, an à la carte restaurant, and an honesty shop. The over 20,000 m² site is rounded off with various recreational facilities, a youth room, a kids' club, and a bocce and volleyball court.

To strengthen our restaurant team, we are looking for a passionate host or hostess to join us, a nice personality who will pamper our guests with attentive service and impress them with warmth and professionalism.

What you can expect

• Professional service for our guests in the restaurant in accordance with Hapimag's service culture and standards
• Actively and friendly greeting guests, seating them and advising them on food and drink selections
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing the cash register
• Actively upselling and cross-selling F&B offerings to increase guest satisfaction and sales
• Ensuring smooth service in the assigned station
• Compliance with hygiene, quality and data protection guidelines when interacting with guests

What you bring along

• Completed training in catering or hospitality
• Professional experience in hospitality or catering is an advantage
• Strong guest focus and enjoyment of personal service
• Well-groomed appearance, excellent manners and high resilience
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Good knowledge of German, other languages (English, French, etc.) an advantage
