Seasonal or year‑round position with regulated working hours and a 5‑ or 6‑day week.

Payment

Payment via collective & 14th month salary per year, as well as tip participation.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming national and international guests.
• Performing check‑in and check‑out for guests.
• Answering and processing incoming calls.
• First point of contact for guests with questions about the hotel, restaurants and excursion tips.
• Upselling rooms and suites.
• Dealing with guest enquiries and complaints.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as maintaining guest files, designing the morning post and menus.
• Interface with other departments in the hotel, especially housekeeping, technical and room service departments.
