Job description

As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for guests and visitors and your appearance will shape the first impression of the hotel. Seasonal or year‑round position with regulated working hours and a 5‑ or 6‑day week.

Payment

Payment via collective & 14th month salary per year, as well as tip participation.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming national and international guests.
• Performing check‑in and check‑out for guests.
• Answering and processing incoming calls.
• First point of contact for guests with questions about the hotel, restaurants and excursion tips.
• Upselling rooms and suites.
• Dealing with guest enquiries and complaints.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as maintaining guest files, designing the morning post and menus.
• Interface with other departments in the hotel, especially housekeeping, technical and room service departments.
