Bergresort Werfenweng in Austria seeks a receptionist to warmly greet guests, manage arrivals and departures, and ensure a smooth front desk operation. You will check guests in and out, handle cash and basic accounting, and support a high-quality guest experience.

This full-time role offers 14 monthly salaries, a minimum gross monthly salary of 2,688 EUR, free meals, gym access, 26 days of annual leave, travel benefits, and opportunities for training within the group, plus accommodation

Qualifikationen

• Hospitality or front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to welcome guests warmly and manage arrivals and departures.
• Basic cash handling and accounting awareness.

Aufgaben

• Advise guests and support a welcoming front desk presence.

• Cover for night auditor in their absence when needed.

• The Austrian warmth is written all over your face when you advise your guests

• You know your way around everything: Arrival control, cash management and accounting etc.
• Deputising for our night auditor during his absence
