You will design components using metals, ceramics, plastics and coatings, ensure GD&T and SEMI alignment, and perform structural, thermal, and fluid analyses. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver high-quality, manufacturable solutions and comprehensive design reviews.

Qualifikationen

• HTL in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• 2+ years of work experience
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, NX)
• Experience designing mechanical modules
• Good English communication (oral & written)
• MS Office knowledge

Aufgaben

• Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization
• Design components using metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings
• Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and GD&T
• Conduct structural, FEA, thermal, fluid and gas flow analyses
• Prepare feasibility studies and test plans to characterize performance
• Prepare reports and design review presentations for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for manufacturability and cost optimization
• Provide deliverables including FMEA, technical specs, risk analysis, test specs
