Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Operations Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering or factory planning.
• Experience in supporting manufacturing environments and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain factory capacity models, labor forecasts, and resource planning scenarios.
• Perform data-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for site and global stakeholders.
• Conduct labor studies and workload assessments.
• Develop labor standards and productivity metrics.
• Identify opportunities for labor optimization and cost reduction.
• Support labor performance tracking and KPI reporting.
• Lead cleanroom optimization activities including layouts, equipment placement, and line balancing.
• Drive 6S implementation and sustainment.
• Support manufacturing flow improvements, space utilization, and ergonomic assessments.
• Participate in manufacturing layout reviews and changes.
• Participate in global Industrial Engineering initiatives and standardization programs.
• Support IE ticketing requests and cross-site projects.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
