Role requires 5+ years of experience, HTL/Lehre background, CAD NX, Siemens Teamcenter, and SAP proficiency, with strong English communication and a hands-on, proactive approach. Hybrid on-site and remote work options are offered.

Qualifications

• Technical education with apprenticeship or HTL in electronics/mechatronics.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, Siemens Teamcenter & SAP.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and Design for Manufacturing.
• Hands-on CAD experience with NX or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Verify designs of new modules/products/changes and analyze design for manufacturing.
• Combine BOM strategy with manufacturing line and review safety and ergonomics.
• Create work instructions and production process steps.
• Implement cost-efficient assembly methods for all phases of manufacturing.
• Support transfer of new products into high volume manufacturing and liaise with suppliers.
