enspired GmbH is seeking a Junior People Operations Expert to provide internal HR and payroll support across multiple countries. This fixed-term parental leave cover starts January 2027 and runs through September 2028.

You will handle employee records, payroll administration with external partners, and HRMS data across locations. You thrive in a service-oriented culture, value teamwork, and are eager to learn in a start-up environment.

Competenze

• At least two years of experience in people operations.
• General understanding of employment regulations and labour law.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong team spirit, scalability mindset, and creative freedom.
• Willingness to tailor learning journey and focus on what inspires you most.
• Excellent English; German language is a plus.
• Comfort with drafting letters, using Excel, and designing presentations.
• Strong organizational skills with detail orientation.
• Interest in AI and familiarity with HRMS systems is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative support and maintain employee records and documents.
• Own payroll administration and collaborate with external partners in eight countries.
• Maintain internal HRMS databases across all locations.
• Serve as the first point of contact via the central People inbox for HR inquiries.
• Support compliance with local labour laws and document administration.
