Job summary

Hubexo is expanding its People & Culture team in Austria and is seeking a part-time assistant to support recruitment, HR operations, payroll and engagement initiatives.

You will work with the VP People & Culture for UKI & Continental Europe, supporting colleagues across Czechia, Switzerland and Austria. This hands-on role requires in-office presence two days per week with one or two days remote.

Qualifications

• At least two years of HR experience.
• Experience with payroll is desirable.
• Fluent in English with strong trust-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment process and handle HR operations including contracts, benefits, payroll and compliance.
• Support engagement, recognition and performance initiatives to embed a high‑performing culture.
