Lever, Inc. is seeking an OpenStack Engineering Manager based in Austria to lead a distributed engineering team responsible for operating modern private-cloud infrastructure for customers worldwide.

You will blend technical leadership with people management, service delivery, and continuous engineering improvement, spanning OpenStack, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud technologies in a remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related field.
• Proven experience delivering software or managing technical operations teams.
• Experience with OpenStack.
• Strong testing and quality practices.
• Linux administration experience; Ubuntu/Debian is a plus.
• Understanding of distributed systems and modern cloud tech.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
