Qualifications

• Strong expertise in platform architectures and OpenShift environments.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes-native patterns (operators, controllers, service meshes).
• Experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure layers.
• Programming skills in at least one relevant language is a big bonus.
• Solid consulting experience and empowering teams instead of taking over.
• Active use of AI-powered tools to amplify productivity and quality.
• Values continuous learning and sharing knowledge.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Tackle platform challenges with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
