Zusammenfassung

Hitachi Rail Austria GmbH in Vienna seeks a Product Owner / Lead for the DevOps team to drive DevOps practices and platform development. You will lead the DevOps Scrum Team and guide the implementation of a full-stack platform with a focus on availability, security, and cloud integration.

The role requires strong DevOps and cloud skills, English fluency and German proficiency, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Technical Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with DevOps, cloud, and platform engineering.
• Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies (KVM, OpenStack, AWS EC2, VMware vSphere).
• Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting of automation around CI/CD (Jenkins, Groovy, Python, Bash).
• Linux administration (Ubuntu, RedHat).
• Knowledge of 12 Factor Apps, Spring Boot, and monitoring stacks.

Aufgaben

• Technical lead for the DevOps Scrum Team.
• Develop and optimize an on-premise full-stack platform for railway products with high availability, reliability and security.
• Support development teams in cloud-native app development and deployment.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (build, release, deployment).
• Design and implement robust diagnostics and monitoring systems.
• Collaborate in a distributed agile team.
