Cloudflight in Austria seeks an experienced cloud and infrastructure leader to guide a team of specialists, define the technical roadmap, and partner with the CTO to drive scalable, secure cloud solutions for global clients.

You will shape workforce planning, mentor leaders, manage budgets and KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Talent Acquisition in a growing, inclusive environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in software engineering/consulting, 5+ years in people leadership.
• Deep technical cloud/infrastructure expertise (Azure/AWS/GCP) and cloud-native tech.
• Proven workforce planning, capacity management and staffing alignment with business needs.
• Solid understanding of utilization, billability, and cost management with KPI-driven decisions.
• Experience coaching leaders, regular feedback, performance management, and succession planning.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Talent Acquisition and exec leadership.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of cloud and infrastructure specialists.
• Define and drive cloud/infrastructure strategy and technical roadmap with CTO collaboration.
• Oversee design, implementation, and operation of scalable, secure, cost-efficient cloud infra.
• Manage capacities, skill mix, hiring decisions with Talent Acquisition.
• Contribute to budget planning, headcount projections, and KPI-driven delivery actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and People & Culture to align planning and communications.
