Zusammenfassung

DL Remote in Austria is seeking a Senior Platform Architect (m/f/d) to lead architectural and design work for the platform layer, bridging a mature core system with new applications. You will draft and implement backend services, APIs and scalable infrastructure for a product in daily use, while shaping team structures and technical processes from the ground up.

The role is hybrid remote with 2–3 days in Klagenfurt; onboarding may include trips to Graz; relocation/travel costs covered.

Qualifikationen

Senior Backend or Full-Stack experience in product teams.
Strong OO language background (Java, C#/NET, Python).
Experience designing APIs, microservices and distributed systems.
Familiarity with containers and modern DevOps pipelines.

Aufgaben

Design and build backend systems and API endpoints for the platform.
Define architecture decisions for upcoming modules.
Improve and scale services alongside core platform infra.
Integrate new features with legacy systems using clean interfaces.
Own operational performance, reliability and deployment processes.
Advise on technical frameworks and team workflows.
