Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to oversee translation and proofreading of international marketing materials. You will manage multilingual content across formats, support daily marketing activities, and coordinate events and materials for various campaigns.

Based in Klaus, Austria, the role involves hosting international customer visits and collaborating with teams across cultures.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, coordination or a comparable role.
• Structured and precise way of working, with the ability to keep an overview, set priorities and reliably complete tasks on time.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English and an interest in working with people from different cultures.
• Basic experience with Adobe InDesign and a good understanding of Marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate translation and proofreading processes for international Marketing materials.
• Manage translated content across formats and implement text corrections in source files.
• Provide organizational and operational support to Marketing teams.
• Coordinate Marketing activities such as the customer magazine, meetings, publications and ongoing initiatives.
• Organize Marketing materials, including brochure printing, shipments and materials for Marketing activities.
• Coordinate and host international customer visits at our facilities in Austria, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

Your role

• Coordinate translation and proofreading processes for our international Marketing materials, working closely with internal teams and external partners
• Manage translated and proofread content across different file formats and communication channels, including implementing text corrections in source files where required
• Provide organizational and operational support to our Marketing teams to keep day-to-day activities and projects running smoothly
• Take care of the coordination of Marketing activities such as our OMICRON customer magazine, meetings, publications and other ongoing initiatives
• Organize Marketing materials, including brochure printing, shipments and materials required for different Marketing activities
• Coordinate and host international customer visits at our facilities in Austria, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
