OMICRON electronics GmbH in Austria invites a Marketing Operations Specialist to coordinate translation and proofreading of international marketing materials and manage content across formats. You will support marketing teams, organize materials, and oversee campaigns and events including customer visits at our Austrian facilities.

Ideal candidates have several years in Marketing or communications, strong German and English, and experience with InDesign, Jira/Confluence, and translation

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in Marketing or a related role.
• Experience with localization of marketing content and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent German and English communication in written and spoken form.
• Hands-on mindset with collaborative approach and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate translation and proofreading processes for international marketing materials with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage translated content across formats and channels, implementing text corrections in source files as needed.
• Provide organizational and operational support to Marketing teams to keep day-to-day activities and projects running smoothly.
• Coordinate and oversee marketing activities such asour customer magazine, meetings, publications and other initiatives.
• Organize marketing materials, including brochure printing, shipments and materials for different activities.
• Coordinate and host international customer visits at OMICRON facilities in Austria, ensuring a professional, welcoming experience.
