Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH in Klaus, Austria is seeking a Coordinator for International Repairs & Services (80-100%). You will coordinate calibration and repair orders with our sales team and international service centers, while monitoring KPIs to ensure efficient service processes.

You will be the central contact for international service questions and connect sales, technical support, and testing to enable smooth collaboration. Shipment organization is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical education completed or relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP systems and a good technical understanding is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calibration and repair orders with our internal sales team and international service centers.
• Monitor turnaround times and KPIs to ensure efficient and reliable service processes.
